Where can I find the Zimbabwe national budget?
Every budget the Treasury has published is here, 1981 to 2027: 135 documents in all, including the budget statement, the speech, the estimates of expenditure and the Blue Book tables. Each one opens the Treasury's own file.
How far back do the budgets go?
To 1981. The older ones are page images rather than text, so we can show you the document but cannot yet read the figures out of it: 40 of the 135 are in that state, nearly all of them before 2014.
What is the Blue Book?
The estimates of expenditure, ministry by ministry and line by line. It is where a vote is broken down far enough to see what a particular programme was given.
